Functional Requirements (Level ONE) Weighting

Level ONE requirements are intended to differentiate at HR function level, within the major components (core, specialty and administrative), and helps determine the relative importance of each item to the HR business practice. The values are out of 100 for each category.

In the screen shot below the CORE component group was assigned a value of 20% in the overall rating and the scores out of 100 are Organization 29, Position 18, Employee Life-Cycle 24, Benefits 9 and Payroll 20.
